We've been working hard to improve the messaging on the Product Details pages to make delivery, collection and in store stock level information cleaner, clearer and simpler to understand.
We've also fixed a bug within the augmented reality feature.

I purchased these doors 4 months ago. And only fitted this week in my house. Talk about fiddly if you’re not a very good “diyer”with plenty of time on your hands and a good selection of measuring tools etc. Get somebody in to do the work for you. I fitted mine over a 4 day period. Now they are up and working they really are great. Give plenty of time to coat the doors etc with 2-3. Coats of your preferred paint/varnish. I used osmo clear oil and they look good. My advice is keep checking the alignment of the frame the doors are going into and the squareness of everything. Overall I’d give the doors for value 5/5. Ease of fitting 3/5. Quality 4/5.

Why is there no way (or if there is, where did you hide it) to see my orders in the app after placing them?
Surely the point of using an app would be not having to jump between the app and the website to be able to do all the general stuff...
Also no email received for my click and collect order so again, had to fiddle with website, password etc just to find out my order number as I was naive enough to navigate away from the confirmation page on the app... Wouldn’t be a bad app if it wasn’t half finished.

**Update** On Initial Review... (No facility to view orders or receipts)
Would be useful to view orders & receipts like other Apps (i.e Screwfix 🙊🤫) That was the main reason I downloaded this.
I gave up on the App and ordered via website from my iPhone. Orders there went through without a hitch.
All in all as it stands at the moment this app isn’t worth the memory it’s using on my phone. Disappointing so I’m deleting...
Further to my review on 2 Sept: Delayed deletion of app in the hope developers would respond to my somewhat scathing appraisal of their app. Received word from them (7 Nov). They’ve now added the facility to view orders & payment info to the app. As yet have not ordered through the newer updated version but do appreciate that the developers do listen to us mere mortals. 😇 Thanks guys!
