Crashes when amending standing orders
The latest version crashes when trying to amend standing orders. This happens when tapping on the standing order.
I have reported this to FD through feedback, but - like others on here who have experienced their Digital Team - the response was disappointing. Instead of appreciating the feedback they have suggested a user error. How can it be a user error when the app is up to date and all I've done is tap on a standing order in a list? And they suggest I phone up at my inconvenience if I continue to experience the issue! I've reported it and have no intention of spending time on the phone repeating myself.
So I thought I'd leave the feedback here instead and perhaps they'll take note now?

Their customer service is second to none. Frankly, they are a model for others to follow. The difference between my HSBC business banking and First Direct is shocking (former terrible, latter brilliant).
The app is - thankfully - just as good and continually improved even when you there it is already good enough.
