HOW TO REGISTER
If you’re 16 or over and you have a UK-registered mobile number and a Barclays current account, follow the onscreen instructions. You’ll need your sort code and account number and you’ll need to verify your identity with PINsentry or at a Barclays cash machine.
If you’ve got an activation code, follow the onscreen steps to register (you won’t need PINsentry for this).
After you’re set up, you’ll only need your 5-digit passcode to log in.
If you only have a Barclaycard account you can’t register for this app but you can register for the MyBarclaycard app.
• Manage your personal, business and corporate accounts, including your Barclaycard accounts, and view your Barclays mortgage account
• See recent transactions and check your balances
• Make payments to new and existing payees, transfer money between accounts or transfer a balance to your Barclaycard
• Delete Direct Debits
• Set up, edit and delete standing orders using your app
• Join Barclays Blue Rewards and earn rewards just for banking with us
• Store your documents securely with Barclays Cloud It
• Find your nearest branch or cash machine
• Use Mobile PINsentry. It’ll take up to 10 days for this feature to be activated in the app while we complete some security checks,
• Call us straight from the app to speak to an adviser
• Our iPhone app has been accredited by AbilityNet – the charity that assesses digital services for accessibility

FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
You can only use the app if you’re a sole-signatory Barclays Business current account holder. You can’t register your Barclaycard business or corporate credit cards.

Flaky and Poorly Designed
Probably the slowest and painful banking app I've used. Finally got fingerprint ID, about 2 years after everyone else, so a step in the right direction.
1 star mainly for an obvious design fault; if you leave the app, even for a second, you have to sign back in. This is sheer paranoia on Barclays' part. You can't change this in settings, for a defined time. So, if you need to check that email, invoice, revive a text or use the calculator, prepare to be frustrated. Over and over and over again.
In the last 2 weeks, I've had to reinstall the app 3 times as the log in screen has failed. Oh, and to do that, you need the pin sentry contraption, so you'd better hope you're not away on business. Don't get me started on pin sentry.
I've just tried to login and the app is unavailable due to 'technical issues'. Whatever.
I've given this feedback over and over to Barclays, but they're pretty disinterested, so have a poor review on me.
If I could move my business banking to Halifax, I would. Their app is a great example of simplicity and reliability. Also, American Express (another superb app) updates your balance the moment you use the card- why does Barclays only update once a day overnight? It's 2016. Get a clue.
In summary; GARBAGE. AVOID.
I'm a fairly recent banker with Barclays and have nothing bad to say regarding the app and the bank itself, fantastic.
The log on methods are simple which does not detract me from logging onto my bank for account info etc. It's clear and precise information, money management made easy and even some lovely personal touches, you have without a doubt left other banks dead in the water
Solid and Dependable
The best mobile banking app I have ever used. They are not satisfied just to build a good app, they appear to be constantly upgrading and keeping pace with new tech, looking forward to the ability to process cheques. I would like to see the facility to be able to use Apple Pay on basic accounts
