Customer Reviews

I always thought updates where to improve an app not to make it rubbish and unusable! Firstly I couldn't find favourites, I worked out it's in my radio but for some reason even though my mobile data is turned on I am unable to get anything to play! Also, now when I want to save something to listen to later I have to go into each individual episode and click on it, where as before I only had to click add to my favourites and all episodes where added and up coming ones without me having to remember. Maybe they should use some of our TV licences money to get programmers who know what they are doing. I will be uninstalling.

Cannot delete expired programmes

Hugely annoying notification keeps appearing at the bottom of the screen with expired programmes that when I swipe up, tell me I can't play the programme but I can't remove it permanently. Expired programmes do not appear in my downloads list either, so the notification sticks. Do not want to have to sign up to just get at a list of favourites. Poor update.

Updates always cause problems

Nearly always have to uninstall/reinstall this app after updates. Had to do it twice after latest one. Frustrating.

Good app apart from problems every update.
