Proper AppleTV support!
The older version was always a bit quirky with AppleTV, especially if you paused it for more than a minute (you’d have to restart the program and the reconnect to AppleTV), but now the App works flawlessly with it. Thanks for changing a brilliant app into a perfect one!
Used to be good
Now an annoying joke - makes you sign in on TV .....every time!!! It's not even just a quick click process either.
Then when you send your problem to them, they just send you a condescending reply, some instructions that don't work (Obviously not been tested) and then close your case before you have chance to even do anything.
Then you have to go through the whole process again.......which figures, as it's exactly the same as the ridiculous TV sign on that you're reporting in the first place.
I'm steering clear until it gets sorted as at the moment whoever is in charge has not got a clue.
Still not able to download anything.
I should be happy over the continuing miracle that we all can stream to our hearts content. But really? I know you have copped to the not being able to download programs for months. Your apologies have been noted, but this is getting rather ridiculous.
