Certainly worth it!!! 5 Stars

I have recently broken up in a relationship and am still finding it hard to move on. One of the things I mean to do is go out, invite people out and have a good time and I've been putting that off. This app really does make you think about life and encourage you to do those things you keep meaning to do, thank you soo much Andrew your a star. This App just works perfectly :) p.s I can't wait for the moving on App that will help me even more through my current situation so thank again Andrew :)

Not for me

I have several of Andrew's apps and find them so convenient to have on my phone and very good at putting me to sleep. I listened to this one on procrastination several times at bedtime and awoke in a bad mood every time, which is unusual for me. Having now listened to the track whilst awake, I can understand why. He talks at length about stopping time and feeling how uncomfortable it is to put things off, then builds up the discomfort. As I thought about all the things I'd been procrastinating about, and for how long, it made me feel progressively uncomfortable. Then he instructs the listener to think of a "strongly motivating experience", which I found impossible to do as, by this time, I was feeling more stressed than motivated. I would prefer to listen to positive affirmations while I sleep such as, "I always complete my tasks on time" or "I love finishing my tasks and find them surprisingly easy", etc. This one's not for me.

Love it

I love the accent n calm voice, no fake irritating tone, just calm deep voice. Many times I fell asleep half way there which is good from relaxation point of view and letting go of the stress, but he is really motivating, and as I have been stuck with writing for over a year now, since I started listening to this app on and off I have managed to progress quite a bit. I still have a long way to go, but at least I don't doubt my ability to finish no where near as much as I initially did. Thank you for creating this app :)
