lovely app

i just love B&O products. among others i am the happy owner of a Beoplay P2, great sound, amazing power in such a tiny box and excellent design- to mention only some of the +s. the reason for the missing 5th star is the fact that the music randomly and frequently stops while playing the music. now i’m aware that it could be the phone , but the ‘stops’ don’t happen while listen to the music via the phone and not the mini speaker. B&O please look into it. thank you.
PS: to end this review- I highly recommend Bang & Olufsen to all and with all their products.

unreliable app & poor connectivity

Sometimes the app tells me to switch on bluetooth first, while there is music alredy playing on the speakers. 🙄🙄
Also, I am not satisfied with B&O P2 as well, connection issues are coming on a weekly basis. Once, the P2 stuck switched on, nothing could have been done with it - I had to wait one day for customer service response to reset the whole speaker, cause nothing is written like this in manual or online forums. My P2 is less than one year old, and it’s not heavily used at all...
I would expect far more from a company claiming themselves market leaders, especially with a price tag like they have!

Great sounds, quality hardware - pointless app

I have the H5’s and these are without question excellent Bluetooth in ear headphones with a fabulous soundstage and quality, fit and finish worthy of the B&O name.

The app carries the signature style and elegance but unlike the hardware offers little of substance. A pointless battery life indicator (what is wrong with a percentage so I can work out how many hours use I have left?). Then there is the equaliser, a stunningly simple and intuitive interface genuinely altering the sound. It would be great if it permanently applied the changes. But no you have to set it every time you use the headphones. Absolutely pointless.

And unless you need to do a firmware update there is nothing else.

I understand no one in their right mind would choose headphones because of the supporting app but even assessing this app on simple criteria it is flawed.

Buy the headphones - but unless they update this app don’t waste time on it.
