Very good Softphone
I have been using the old App until it was available and V6 since it was launched. It works great almost every time, with the occasional need to force quit... I had some problems after an update, where I managed to solve the problem eventually, but that customer soppurt wasn"t really that great, to be honest. They wanted me to click on buttons that don't exist, etc., hence only 3 stars. If there was a good user/setup guide available, that would go a long way to help people to resolve these issues when occur.
Best (SIP) Softphone for MacOS
Happy user for >10 years. Super simple to use, rock solid performance but with plenty of useful features if you want to go deeper. The ability to conference several callers alone is very helpful.
Moreover, support that deserves the name, recently had an issue (recording stopped working after an update) and it was fixed sameday after an email to the developer.
Highly recommended.
DO NOT UPDATE!!!! version 5.1 ...Mic still Not working
Previous version of the app was fantastic.
After this last update nothing work as expected.
Apparently there is no way to downgrade after this mess.
Update at your own risk!

We updated at this last version 5.1.
Same setting as before now you can hear others but they can't hear you.
Support system far from perfect. Massive delays in reply. Margins of improvements.

Update to 5.1.1 please. This is due to Apple not allowing access to microphone due to their policy changes.
