Finally the RAD in my pocket
Loads of info from the database in the app. Even Cheddar's confusing access is mostly covered. Two things that will turn this from a 4* to a 5* app though… Being able to click the links included in the details to download further information would be very useful. See Cheddar quirky restrictions as an example. I also noticed that some seasonal restrictions for nesting birds are displayed but without any dates of when the restrictions apply. See Avon Gorge Main Wall.
Very good app. Be great to carry on expanding the information to all known crags. Would be helpful to pull through the information in the initial section into the general info section on the expanded crag details page so that it can all be read together. A great resource and well worth the effort - nice one BMC.
This was an awesome app a few years ago, I used it to find many crags I otherwise wouldn’t have visited. Unfortunately BMC haven’t invested in this for a good few years and it no longer works on iOS 11. I would happily accept adverts in the app if it meant I could use it again! Please update this app!
