I love this app so so much. The thing that is so great for me personally is the fact I look forward to my next planned workout and I also enjoy doing the , as tough as some are. I've even got to doing a 40 minute 'quick workout' and it's just brilliant and challenging. It has certainly reinforced my new found determination and discipline. I did 2 weeks at a gym with the same determination add drive but it doesn't compete with this app. Absolute top notch stuff!!

Excellent app, totally worth the £5 and much more

The app is completely intuitive and easy to use... i just tap on "quick workout" and pick a time. Mark comes across as trustable and encouraging, a perfect training partner for us "novices". I love that I need no equipment, I just wake up and workout in my pajamas! No excuses. As a working mum I need as much steamlined help I can get, and this app is on my top 3 list. A great way to wake up and get your day off to a healthy start. Highly recommended.

Really good app - I notice the difference in myself

I'm a relative beginner to this kind of training but after a couple of weeks of exercise I'm beginning to notice a difference in my muscles and feeling stronger.

Some of the exercise explanations are a little confusing but after working through them once or twice things have become clearer.

Also, I've noticed that one of the glute stretches causes me a knee problem (I think) so I avoid that and do a different one instead but I think that's down to me and one knee being problematic.

Overall though, my knees are less creaky, I feel I am less likely to suffer back pain and generally getting stronger.

I would be happy to recommend this app to my friends if ever they asked.
