Could be better
A fairly good app but if you do lucky 15s which i do you can’t track bets as it doesn’t say if the selection has won / lost / void until the bet is settled it used to do it about a year ago but doesn’t anymore the only way you would know a horse had won while the bet is in play would be the cash out value would be higher than the stake and the best odds guaranteed symbol is not there but like I say it wouldn’t say won in green tick or lost in Red Cross or non runner void
Massive flaw that could be easily fixed but been like this for a year and I’ve emailed them regarding the issue so I doubt it ever will be .
I use boylesports as they are the only company to offer bog the night before and they accept PayPal which is good when you have a gambling block on your debit card .
Unprofessional company
I made an account, added bank details, deposited £10 and proceeded to play. I was winning bits and bobs and had been playing for 10-15 minutes with £2.43 left on my account when I was kicked mid game and told my account was blocked. Upon proceeding to live chat an employee firstly told me that the company are entitled to perform identity validation checks “from time to time” when it is deemed necessary. They would not tell me what about my account warranted such a validation being requested. They could not answer and then the fumbling chat girl then told me ALL customers have to do this even though she had previously showed me the terms & conditions which state only that they are entitled to perform these checks “from time to time”. Shoddy company, staff who don’t know their own rules and tell you different things from their colleagues. Avoid this app and go the bookies instead.
Almost perfect
I have 10 gambling apps,this user interface is just the best out them all but 2 things need to be changed to make this great,1) waiting 3 days for withdrawls is so out of date when william hill ,betfair etc… pay in to your account within 2 hours also when i click on my football accumulators in my bets i want to see all my matches with the current score and time played as soon as i hit open bets instead of having to press lots of buttons to view event ,its these 2 reasons i would be more inclined to just place bets on william hill just for the convenience
