Really handy
Very useful for browsing flights and then the actual booking process is simple too. Shows upcoming flights. When I needed customer support to make a change it was also good. Only downside is that the default when confirming is to buy the cancellation insurance it’s a great feature and good value if you need it but the app could make you buy it by mistake.
Great App and wonderful customer service
First time I used Bravofly app, easy to use, great search options and fantastic customer service on case you needed
Booked 4 flights, got NADA
Truly amazing app. Can’t reach out to any so-called “customer care” or secure a ticket. So I booked 4 times with them yesterday, return tickets Beijing to Seoul, such a waste of time. It could be because of the ongoing situation in China and flights are being canceled at the moment. It’s good that they at least refunded everything within 12 hours. Other than that, I don’t know what to say. I’m less mad now cos I booked from another channel.
