BreatheSync is a simply designed iPhone app that helps you get in sync wherever you are. It picks up your pulse through your finger on the iPhone camera lens, analyses it and gets you breathing in sync with your heart. We call this synchronised biofeedback breathing. Great idea and extremely useful
I am having health issues right now and am generally feeling stressed ( hyper stimulated). This app demonstrates that to me. On spending time using the app through the day, I can map my improvement. Thank you I found this via the book Do- Breathe .
Does not work for me
I like the idea of this app, but I cannot get it to work on my iPhone 6 (running latest version of iOS). There is a repetitive pop-up asking for my email address. I am guessing it will not work until I give them an email address, but I receive enough spam as it is.

Can we have without finger scan
I spend time watching if connection is lost. Like the music and overall app.
