When you're stressed, your heart and breathing get out of sync. BreatheSync gets your breathing and heart back in sync fast, so that you feel more relaxed and think more clearly. (No external sensor required.)
BreatheSync is a simply designed iPhone app that helps you get in sync wherever you are. It picks up your pulse through your finger on the iPhone camera lens, analyses it and gets you breathing in sync with your heart. We call this synchronised biofeedback breathing. You'll call it 'a great way to feel great fast'.
After only 1-3 minutes you will feel more centred, more relaxed and more able to think clearly. BreatheSync directly affects your Autonomic Nervous System which helps reduce your stress levels.
It is also the world's first biofeedback breathing app that also gives you a well-being score, your WQ, so you can track your progress. Your WQ is based on your pulse rate variation, which is affected by your nervous system, and gives a good indication of your inner well-being.

Great idea, inconsistent sensor
Really great idea that I'm sure could be highly beneficial. Unfortunately the heart sensor repeatedly looses track of your heart beat, despite not having moved your finger.
Waste of time. Finger scanner doesn't work at all. Don't bother!
