Good start.

For beginners this may be quite useful- however at around 3bpm the audio files tend to be less useful, and likewise the pattern. The application only offers a 1:1 ratio of in-breath to out-breath and likewise has no mechanism for sustained full exhale / full inhale - so it's not very configurable. Also there are no time-in / time-out cues, and it would be nice to have breath progression markers. Having said all that, it's pretty and it may well help with breath control development. Just seems like a lot to pay for an entry-level app.

I do like this app as it’s extremely relaxing, however, I do not like the new features of the update, the ‘sound’ choice is rubbish compared to the previous options, I liked the ‘male choir voice’ that was available in the last update. I wish they wouldn’t make major changes in update or ask for people’s opinions before taking away sounds. Otherwise it is a good app and worth the money.

Very good

I chose this app because it had been recommended on reputable health sites. I have used it and seen my blood pressure improve. My only criticism is that a guide to using the app with ideal breathing rates per minute to aim for would have been helpful.
