Absolutely useless - I have now verified my email address 14 times. We are relying on this app to be able to display our tickets when arriving at the event tonight, where the organisers advise there is going to be poor signal. If I have to revalidate once again we are stuffed.
The content of the app is woeful. As soon as you try to look up anything you find it has signed you out if the app! Seriously I have seen primary school projects produce better design than this. With a little help from their teacher
Unreliable and almost looks like a scam
I am relying on this app for my mobile ticket but I am not able to access my ticket. It keeps saying verify your email but once you click it, it says something went wrong! Then I tried logging out and signing in, I cannot find the login button! It only shows sign up button that does not work. How can expensive concert tickets be only accessible through this unreliable app?! What if it plays up at the concert and I don’t get it! Not good for my anxiety! Fix this and give me my ticket!
Terrible
This is the most terrible app. It keeps telling me to send email to verify but comes back with oops…try again later. When an email did arrive originally it said valid for 6 hours. I think they meant 6 minutes. Unable to do anything. So frustrating as trying to get hold of my BlackPink tickets atHyde Park. There’s no number to call and speak to a human being. Help help help!!
