How to use the BT Cloud app:
1. Download the app and activate your BT Cloud by following the directions on screen. You’ll need to be connected to the internet.
2. Remember – this app is exclusively for BT Broadband customers! You’ll need your BT ID and password to log in. If you don’t have these, just follow the links in the app or visit bt.com/myextras.
3. After login, follow the set-up instructions to set auto backup and name your device.
4. The items you’ve selected for automatic backup will begin to transfer immediately. The speed of transfer will depend on the amount and size of your files and the speed of your 3G/Wi-Fi connection.

7. Check out how much storage you’re using via the icon at the bottom of the app or at bt.com/myextras – just click on the tile labelled ‘BT Cloud’.

Doesn't work

This works great on my iPhone and on my pc but my iPad no way won't even login, brings login screen up put in details it thinks about it then back to blank login screen. It also flashes up a screen when you first go into the app not sure what that is as it just flashes up then goes. Please sort this out bt I pay you enough money every month and this is one of you selling points but it doesn't work.

Infuriating

Works OK on the pc, but on the iPad every time you log in you are forced to add an additional device, then when you get in have fun trying to delete it again using the misleading instructions (tip: hover over the word device, not the actual device itself on the web site). I have the free allocation, but was interested in the relatively good value of the paid for top up. Never mind back to drop box.

Bt cloud one improvement.

The app is brilliant the storage is great but I would like a passcode screen when re opening the app instead straight in to the apps or keep logging in, apart from that love the design.
