Waste of space...
I've never wrote a review before but this app frustrated me so much I felt that I had to! When I used to try and AirPlay BT sport to my TV it used to work - wasn't great, plenty of buffering, but it worked. Now I have tried two or three times since the upgrade and it won't let me AirPlay anything! I just managed to get 5mins of the United vs PSV game and then it threw me off of the app all together and wouldn't let me log back in! This isn't the first time it's happened either! I just find it incredibly frustrating how BT can't seem to sort this AirPlay problem out, the app it's self isn't a bad layout, easy to get around but you can never seem to watch a decent game no matter how good your wifi is, let alone AirPlay it. Personally I think it's a waste of space on your iOS device and until they upgrade the app don't waste your time downloading it...
Fabulous collection of features for sport fans
Been using this app for 2/3 months now and very impressed. The champions league player is fantastic with rewind and replay features. I own both chrome cast and AirPlay devices and haven't seen any issues that others speak of. AirPlay is enabled via control panel, though the video should auto play rather than going to my apple remote and pressing play.
Looking forward to seeing future new features.
At Last AirPlay Working
BT finally got this working after months of problems. From the reviews I see many others still having issues. The following set up works for me. I use the apple remote or apple app remote. First get to home screen on Apple TV and then open Bt app on iOS device. This makes AirPlay icon appear on app. Then select it. The video will appear; however, it no longer auto plays. Using the remote or app remote press play and your good to go. Works for me. Hope this helps. Cheers!
