The BT Mobile app helps you keep tabs on what you’ve used and what you’ve got left in your mobile plan.
Got more than 1 SIM on your account? You can now check on all your SIM within the app.

You’ll find answers to important questions such as:
- How much data have I got left this month?
- How many minutes and texts have I used?
- Have I spent anything on top of my plan?
- When will my allowances reset?
- How much do I spend when I go abroad?

Also don't forget that as a BT Mobile customer you have unlimited access to more than 5 million BT Wi-Fi hotspots across the UK. The app will also help set up your phone to automatically connect to a hotspot whenever you’re in range of one.

The BT Mobile app is not available for BT business customers and you need to have a BT SIM in your phone to setup the app.

Not working since update

Yes since the ios11 update it been playing up. Then since 11.3 its not worked :/. I see a BT response on 16th October and that its fixed. Well today 27th November its totally unable to work. I have re installed, but not working. Cannot sign in.
Update - I kept trying and did get signed in as new and its workinggggg :)
10/11. Its not working again. I now find it here in apps and open it from here. It works! But please?
21/11 works several times then not and again I go to the app store and open it from there.
There has been an update the other day. But still the same. :/

The app isn’t working

BT guys - I’ve only just got BT Mobile which I’ve switched the entire family over to from Tesco Mobile. How frustrating that the app nearly always says it cannot get our usage data. The October fix didn’t work - I only installed the app last weekend. Please sort this out before my 30 day cooling off period gets close as I’m starting to long for the Tesco Mobile app which always showed my usage whenever I looked! :(

Temporary Fix

For anyone experiencing issues with the usage information. I have found a fix for the time being. Go to “Settings”, “Reset The App”. This should reset the application to its prior state and you should see your usage information after going through each step.
