I love being able to top up my electric through an app but this app is rubbish. It brings you to the web page anyway. It’s slow, not user friendly, asks you to prove your not a robot and most of the time the app fails to launch successfully, resulting in you having to open up your browser to go through the web page for a top up. You’d think a big energy company would invest in a better user friendly app.

App and company is crap. Haven’t been able to topup in months. And the company have never sent me out my credit owed when it’s been due. I’ve had 2 offers from them after a certain period they would give me credit. I had to chase them both times for it. Unprofessional and it makes it appear the company want people to forget their bonus credit so they don’t have to pay out.
