Terrible app
Firstly, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Do not download or attempt to access c-date. This site, who operate out of Luxembourg are part of a chain of dating sites that will attempt to scam you out of money. They do this by placing an auto renewal policy in place, once you pay the introductory offer you are then committed to paying out even more money after a month has lapsed. I’m now locked out of the account (after paying £9.90) for the month. This does not allow me to access the cancellation instructions which are imbedded within the site, apparently you need this to cancel. I’m currently contesting the fact they don't have a record of my account linked to the email address I signed up with! Even though I’ve taken screenshots of messages sent to me by them clearly showing my email address. The internet has numerous reviews of this company and how they operate written by previous unhappy customers who have been scammed and scared into paying off debt collectors when they issue you payment demands for unknown bills! ***AVOID***

AVOID C-DATE AT ALL COSTS THEY RIP YOU OFF
DO NOT USE OR SUBSCRIBE TO THIS FAKE PROFILE PUSHING RIP OFF SITE!!! Absolute scammers, they will rip you off, the app is rubbish anyway, most are fake profiles. DO NOT SIGN UP OR SUBSCRUBE!!! It’s a scam they’re very unclear about how things work, have absolutely no support you can turn to, the positive reviews of them are made up by staff and paid idiots, and don’t be fooled by their responses to other people complaining on the reviews page, it’s all lies, they auto renew unless you cancel “in good time”. I cancelled the day I subscribed and they apparently don’t get your emails and they make it almost impossible to contact them. It’s all geared to secure at least one inflated monthly fee, they’ll add ridiculous admin and other charges to your bill as well and then threaten you with bailiffs when you dispute any issue with them. Every member of staff and the bailiffs they use should be culled!!! DO NOT USE OR SUBSCRIBE TO THIS FAKE PROFILE PUSHING RIP OFF SITE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This app is awful and barely works properly. So naturally I attempted to cancel my subscription, but this was made difficult and I was told that it was not working at the time and had to try another time, presumably in the hope that I’d just forget. So instead I cancelled the recurring payment directly with paypal and deleted the crappy app and emailed them informing them that I do not want the service. Since then, instead of just accepting that I no longer want their rubbish service and closing the account, I’ve started received threatening emails stating that the case will be handed over to debt collectors unless I pay what I “owe” even though I’ve made it clear I do not want to continue.
I can’t believe I having to take legal action against this pathetic abusive developer.
