$59.99 per year

These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

Your Calm subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Calm also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $299.99 with unlimited access to the Calm Collection forever.

Calm integrates with the Health app. This feature is optional.

A perfect package

I recently subscribed to Calm following a day where all of the sessions were free to try. I had been using the free sessions intermittently but had been curious about the Sleep Stories. I was pleased to get to try them, and other sessions, without having to commit. I am yet to make it a daily routine but am trying really hard to do that. Tamara has THE most soothing, uplifting, non-judgemental voice and I could honestly listen to her reading the 'phone book. The '7-day' options are really good if you need to focus on a particular topic (and there are plenty of options) but there are lots of other guided, and unguided, meditations starting at just 2 minutes in length. I use the unguided ones when I'm reading at work, to block out all of the noise around me, and my background is currently set to crickets chirruping. So, if you are new to meditation, or well along the path, I'm sure Calm has something to offer.

Just what I've been looking for

I meditate to keep my mind and heart balanced, to remember the purpose of my life and know how to tap into my inner strength when I need it. Luckily I've been meditating for a very long time and when my husband passed away suddenly, quite quickly and before his three score years and ten, I could go within and tap into the strength I'd learned from mindfulness that I had waiting there for times of need.
My advice to everyone is to stay on the cushion and embrace meditation, you never stop practising but you learn that everything you need for a happy and loving life is within you, if you open your mind, build your strength and live in awareness, life is transient, everything passes, be kind to yourself and the world about you.

It has become the highlight of my day!!

Calm is an absolute joy to use. I have spent money on retreats, amazing guided meditation classes and for ease of use, effectiveness and tangible benefit this is genuinely the best tool I've ever used.

The sessions are the perfect length, the meditative practice prepares you to receive the informative treasured nuggets of each session in the ideal state.

Downloading this App is the kindest and most practical act of self care you can give yourself and share the benefits with those you love.

Don't hesitate, you won't regret it and you will feel the benefits after just one session. My only advice is: when the session concludes and you are instructed to open your eyes, if and when you can, don't. Spend just an extra few minutes if you have them or can make them to eek every moment out of the calm, relaxed and mindful state you have achieved.

Download and enjoy the benefits as they roll in and as you flex your mindfulness muscle each day, feel yourself gaining the strength to create a mindful state, manage your thoughts and improve skills that you will find of benefit throughout your life.
