This release fixes a bug that could potentially cause a crash when signing up for MyFitnessPal on your iPad, along with other bug fixes.
Make better choices
I've recommend this app to so many people. It's changed the way I think about what you put in your body and what you take out. I've become a fitter, happier and healthier person. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to convince others to try it. Start off by not changing a thing, just track and be honest. It will make you think and make better food choices.
This is a great app. I don't follow the calorie guidelines exactly as the app says as my goals vary a lot but it's awesome for tracking macros and vitamins as well as calorie amounts. Only gripe for me is to make more slots available for meals for those who have more than 3 a day. It's all well and good putting extras into the snack section but it's harder to see what each meal is broken down into then. But overall...very good and easy to use!
I love it!!!!
This app makes you think each time you choose to eat something which is just enough to keep me on track. The diary is great and very positive so never mentions gained kgs. When I then lose those kgs it says I have lost since my last weigh in which is true but not that I've gained since the one before that!!! Love that it now links to cyclemeterwhich is my activity app of choice.
