Good so far.
So far the app is easy to use, the food scanner is great for logging meals and end of day result gives you extra motivation to keep going. Only gripes are syncing with my Garmin watch for step count takes a while and isn't instant as id like which is especially annoying if ready for bed and want to complete your daily diary quickly. Another addition would be an image/illustration of exercises/weight training as I'm fairly new I don't know all the terminology when it comes to the weights, also an option for HIIT would be nice. Dropped 2lb already by keeping a check and logging food and exercise so happy so far.
Fab but please bring back the sliding scale for weight loss!!
I've been using this app for nearly six months and have lost 2 stone 3lbs! It's a great little app and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Only one downside that stops me giving 5 stars and it's the recent removal of the sliding scale to record weight loss. The new one is rubbish in the app, only allowing you to record your weight in full pounds! You have to sign into the desktop app to make any other changes i.e recording a weight of 12 stone 1.5lb. Please bring back the old scale. Apart from that fab!
Fab app for weight loss
This app has really helped me see where I needed to cut down, and let me do it at exactly my own pace - I've lost two stone so far!
I like that there are plenty of options (like making your own recipes), you can simply scan food (making calorie counting a little easier), and exercise can be taken into account too.
The old weight scale was easier to use but the new one does encourage you to add progress photos which is a great way to keep you motivated.
