This once useful and easy to use app has been destroyed by overthinking (and under testing).
Where is the wind direction description?
Something I used daily (I never use the interactive wind arrow feature - that's for people who like turning their maps around when navigating) and now it's the only way of working out your wind direction. Something that cognitively takes your brain longer than a simple NW or SSE description.
Why remove it?!
Why the map? I know where I am, and where the other places are - use google maps if you don't already know. Let alone making it an annoying slippy slidy graphic element that increases significantly your need to focus on getting from one place screen to the next.
As for the icons and their colours - did you not do a test on legibility?? Pale grey and blue on white?
Let alone having to decipher the icons (OK - in time I will memorise their representations, but why do I need I spend the energy?)
Celsius has been a great app for me for years, always my primary weather app - but seriously your latest update has really dumbed this down. So much so that I have been compelled to write this - something I haven't done in years.

Update is a huge step backwards

I've used this app for a long time. It's given me pretty accurate information over a number of destinations. The latest update is horrible, if I've entered a city you can be pretty sure I know where it is I don't need a map on a split screen showing me! I can no longer scroll quickly from one place to another as it tries to download each map as I scroll. The information is presented in such a way that I have to relate back to the old app I.e a 'T- shirt' oh that is where 'feels like' used to be. Why a T-shirt, or have I got it wrong? Some of the symbols I can't see well enough, too pale and too small! Think I'm off to find another app.

Thought this app was dead..

...but it has suddenly sprang back to life & its every good as it has ever been. I understand the minus temp numbering is a limitation of the iPhone so I chose to have that turned off when temp goes below minus, helps with not being confused "is it 2 or -2?". Good work there..I miss the dark theme but not the end of the world. Please keep it updated. Feature wise it's good and accurate.
