Chat for Whatsapp - iPad Version
By Planet41 MobiVenture Limited
This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
Best App for using Whatsapp on your iPad!
A simple and practical way to connect to the web version of WhatApp with your iPad is using the app “Chat for WhatsApp”.
The free version will always be free but ad-supported.
**This app is NOT affiliated with Whatsapp Inc. or any of its partners** This is an un-official app.
Just like the web version of WhatsApp, the "Chat for WhatsApp" is an extension of your phone, which simply mirror your conversations and messages as they are in your phone device, that means, all your messages remain originally saved on your phone .
To connect, open the "Chat for WhatsApp" and you will see a QR code, simply 'scan' this code using WhatsApp on your phone and you will be logged in. You will find this option within WhatsApp settings on your phone, at "WhatsApp Web" menu.
Your phone must be connected to the internet for the "WhatsApp Messenger is" to work, and in addition, make sure you have the latest version of WhatsApp is available for your phone.
Our team is working hard to implement more features and improvements as we have in WhatsApp for phone.

More bug fixes :)
I have tried this a few times and whilst it appears to operate when typing, any attempt to use the Apple dictation function causes it immediately to crash. One reason might be that the chat that I was in had pictures - about five in fact. So the app needs to be able to cope with chats that are quite long and include pictures plus allow user to dictate and be stable. I had cleared out other apps running in the background on my iPad in case my iPad was running out of memory but it has not made any difference.
One thing that I'm hoping for which I have not yet determined is whether it produces a sound alert when a new message comes in. The previous iPad app which I used, which was also unstable, said it did and it was set to do so but never did. So I hope this one improves in that situation.
Overall this app is a good idea but until it becomes stable it is almost useless.
A contract is a contract and should be honoured
I like the app. It's well designed and easy to use and makes using WhatsApp really easy. But, I paid £4.99 to have the ads removed and I'm still getting annoying pop ups which I can't seem to shift.
When I enter into a contract with a supplier which I have done by paying a consideration for goods or services, I expect that contract to be honoured. This hasn't happened and therefore although the amount is small, the principle is still the same, a breach of contrast and even worse, a loss of trust.
Reputation takes a long time to build, and a very short time to lose. I fully expect this situation to be resolved otherwise I would strongly advise people not to purchase the 'no add' upgrade. It would have got more start had this been done.
TOTAL B/S, Totaly-Crap ! ! !
If you look at the reviews under the 'most helpful' tab you will find that Aproxx 95% of them are Exactly the same script which suggests to me that 95% of the reviews have been written bye the App developer, have a look & see what you think & then quietly run away, come out of App Store double click home button & remove Store from recently opened list & lastly Shut Down your iPad to reboot & hopefully loose all connections with this developer. Why Apple did you not spot this trend before me? ? ? Apple you lose credibility when you allow this type of fraud in Your App Store please sort it out & read the genuine reviews which cite e-mails that can't be delivered & further lack of customer support, we are YOUR Customers, protect us from this style of developer B/S please, e-mail me Apple you have my address, thank you.
