ChatAssist™, powered by ConnectWise®, is a revolutionary new chat product that was built from the ground up by ConnectWise, to put you one click away from your clients.
The ChatAssist customer client is an application to enable customers on a Mac to create new chat sessions and chat on their existing tickets. The customer will log into ChatAssist with the login details provided and customer portal email address and password combination.

DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE!
In description you say “built from the ground up” which would imply that there was a previous version that was crap so you rewrote the app or started again from nothing so as to not use any crap code. However this version is 1.0 so it doesn’t make much sense. Surely any app from infancy is being built from the group up. Please stop the marketing crap and talk sense. Also well done on building a web app and containing it in a Mac window. A 7 year old could achieve that!
