Happy Customer
I’ve ordered from Cheerz a couple of times now. The latest order consisted of a number of memories for my better half and he was ecstatic. When choosing to frame pictures I was hesitate at first not knowing what quality they would be however, despite it all being plastic it is more cost effective than buying wooden frames to fit from outside sources. The site points out whether particular photos may be pixilated upon development so be warned the larger you want it, the poorer the quality. That is down to us the consumers to follow their advice. In my opinion, Cheerz have provided me a great service. The only downside is not being able to choose whether items are sent as soon as they’re ready or all at the same time. I had four different items and three of four cake separately which proved tricky ensuring someone was home to accept delivery. Trust in Cheerz, I did!
Takes so long to access pictures!
The prints look nice and price reasonable but I can’t even tell you what the experience is like because I’ve been trying for 20 minutes to efficiently fetch my pictures. 1) it first tries to access my FULL photo album. I have a lot of pictures. This takes at least 2 minutes. 2) when I try to change albums (I moved all the pictures I wanted to print to one album to make it “easier”) it lists them in some weird order and I can’t find the album I just created. 3) It tries to fetch my entire iCloud albums too so again takes forever and kind of irrelevant. I only need to access the pictures on my phone! 4) while it’s fetching I can’t interrupt the app. 5) If I try to start over it really starts over so if I try to access my album again, guess what, another 2 minutes wasted looking at a loading screen for an album I don’t want!
I’ve to restart the app to see if it could recognise the new album. Still can’t find it. No settings to tell it to only look at my locally files.
Why is everyone saying it’s so easy to use?? Do y’all only have like 100 pictures?
Highly recommend
I’m using Cheerz for a long time ago and they never upset me. The quality of the pictures and the paper is very good, don’t worry about that, and the delivery process is amazing: I always get my order earlier than expected. Anyway, they keep you updated (you don’t even have to track your order, they send you emails telling you how’s your order going). The app is so intuitive to use and they specify the size of the pictures to print. The customer service is top (I wrote down my address with a mistake and I found and answer in less than five minutes. And even though, I got my order, which means they know what they’re doing). Also, they give you stickers and nice stuff with your pictures, they really care. It looks like I’m advertising Cheerz 😂 but I’m not, they really make my life easier.
