ChillScape combines cognitive psychology, AI generated music and mesmerising graphics to create an experience that’s calming and immersive.
The power of music has been shown to regulate one’s mood and provide calming effects to the body. Based on principles developed by sound therapists, ChillScape is designed to help slow heart rate, reduce blood pressure and lower levels of stress hormones.
This is how it works:
Each chill session starts with low pitched tones, similar to those experienced in the womb.
As you pop bubbles melodies play and the soundscape evolves. Layers of sound are gradually introduced - with frequencies known to stimulate calm and create feelings of euphoria.
Underneath the music there is a soft ‘pulse’ that gradually slows from 60 to 50 beats per minute through the session. Due to a phenomenon called “entrainment” your breath and body will naturally try to follow this rhythm, consequently reducing your heart rate and blood pressure.
As you progress the generative audio engine will produce new sounds providing you with a continually evolving experience.
The new autoplay mode lets you use the app when your screen is off. Just close your eyes and enjoy the musical progression.
HealthKit integration and in-app stats let you keep track of the length of your sessions.

Ratings and Reviews
Making you a part of your relaxing experience. Pop bubbles to release little musical sounds, adding more to the already amazing rhythm in the background. I recommend this to anyone that works long hours and want something to take the edge off on their break.
Beautiful sound artefact
The touch and musical feedback fuses well, and you end up just waiting for the next bubble and/or chord hit and existing for a little bit.
It seems to do what it set out in a rather beautiful aural package. I can strongly recommend trying this out :).
Don't hesitate, jump right in
A truly sublime experience, beautifully designed and mesmerising to use. Sound design is original and delightful. And, as it promises, the app as a whole is both calming and inspiring.
Highly recommended to anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful moment for reflection.
