Not much going on or pro-activity in terms of a service but....God uses donkeys?
A terrible company
The main issues 1. This is not a good app. I’ve had to reinstall it multiple times and it keeps freezing. The communication and help section is useless and messages have flashed up on alerts and then seem to disappear? 2. It’s definitely more of a U.S based population, which doesn’t work if you are based elsewhere 3. It’s by far the most overpriced dating app, so you would think that the quality in the app itself and customer service would be better! 4. A note about the customer service… they don’t respond… at all!
5. I noticed there are fake profiles and tried to report them but couldn’t get through to the customer team. After reading other people’s experiences on the review section I don’t feel safe using the site now.
I really don’t think it’s a Christian company that run the site because of what I have observes. In short, I feel that it is an absolute waste of money, and they don’t show their customers even basic respect.

It was a big mistake for me to have trusted numbers of stars and I went ahead to download…this site is full of scammers,they say they are gemologist and different sorts of stories,they will offer to send you a gift and get upset if you reject their shipment as gift,I couldn’t accept gifts from someone I do not know and haven’t met…if you report the site customerscare service will tell you to use your brain when chatting with people,to me that means they are aware of scammers on the site and choose not to do anything about it… Never a good option for a sincere person…..
