Circadia is an unbelievably simple, devilishly tricky, visual masterpiece.
The premise is simple enough. Each of the levels in Circadia feature a constellation of musical colors seeking a rhythm. To solve the puzzle you must figure out the sequence. Just get the color bursts to converge on the white dot at the same time.
What's so hard about that?
At the beginning, it's one of simplest games you'll ever play, by the end, you'll be amazed how this basic interaction continues to find new ways to keep you challenged and stumped.
Circadia is a unique rhythm puzzler that features 100 unique ear bending puzzles meticulously designed to challenge your senses. It's not like any puzzle game you've ever played before.
Enjoy with caution.
Super simple pick up gameplay for all ages
100 beautifully crafted levels
Play morning, noon, or night with infinity mode
6 fantastic mood inducing instruments
Full iCloud integration so your progress saves on all devices

And here is what the press thinks about Circadia:
"Extremely clever stuff"
"Expect to have your eyes and ears fully occupied."
- Touch Arcade
"Opens up like a fine wine"
"Re-tunes your brain, harmonizing it with a cadence that lets you hear the world differently."
"A brilliant puzzle game where failure is just as satisfying as success."
- Penny Arcade
What's New in Version 1.3
I am so happy to be announcing this new update for Circadia! In the year since I released Circadia over 100,000 of you have played it completely blowing any expectations I ever had for this humble artistic puzzler. Thank you so much.
You have collectively fueled my passion as a game designer and enabled me to continue to challenge myself each day. For that, I am infinitely grateful.
So, you may be wondering what's in this new update. Well, read on:
iPhone 5 formatted! That's right, now you can play Circadia on Apple's cutting edge retina screen without any letterboxing. Very nice!
Infinity Mode has been added. So many of you asked for some way to enjoy Circadia without having to be stuck on a level. It took a while to figure it out, but I am happy to tell you that now you can enjoy Circadia before bed, when you wake up, on the subway, whenever, and without having to play the current level that makes you want to throw your iDevice across the room. Once you select infinity mode Circadia will design random 2 and 3 button levels forever. The levels won't get any more difficult than that. It's an essential addition, and even managed to surprise me by making levels I had never considered :)
5 new sound sets: I'm guessing by now you're a little tired of hearing those same bells over and over and over again. Well, it was a surprisingly involved task to find other instruments that would compliment the simplicity of the aesthetic but 5 sounds really stood out to me and expanded the Circadia experience. From a celebrity sampled piano to some zenified Tibetan gongs there's a depth and resonance that will keep you in a state of relaxation. Of course, if you're not using headphones, you're missing out.
Orientation flipping seems like it would be a super simple update, and it is! Until you factor in that Circadia was the first game I coded and I didn't know how to do it. Well, those days are long gone. Flip your phone up or down, down or up, it's all good ;)
Unlock all levels purchase: I added a purchase link in the menu that will unlock all levels. I realize that people experience games differently and some may enjoy Circadia much much more if they could jump to any level they desire. For those who do, this will now be a purchasable option.
Bugs: Yup, fixed a few bugs. I addressed the loading issue some of you have still been experiencing. I fixed the issue where you choose to rate Circadia and return to the game only to endlessly be asked to rate it (so sorry about that, just had to do with saving your state before leaving the game to go to the review page, thank you for all your wonderful reviews). Fixed another issue where Circadia would shutdown if you left the game, I assume causing some save issues. Finally, it's not a bug, but I moved some of the more difficult levels in the beginning to a little bit later so players can see levels where the white dot moves sooner.
Ok, that should cover all the bases. I'm really so thankful for your support. You have no idea how the support from this game has changed me in such monumental ways.
Gorgeous, simple, sublime
A frustrating minimalist app, frustrating in that you'll end up wondering why you didn't think of the idea yourself. Younger, less impatient minds may under up being annoyed by its repetition and zen-like quality - I, for one, loved it for that. Sits nicely in the corner of my Games folder...
A meditation in geometry and timing; this game helps to remind us that the only games we lose are with ourselves.
It rewards patience and thought; it is the best kind of game, where simple rules yield rich behaviour. It reminds me of Eufloria or Osmos.
Great simple puzzler, quite frustrating but very addictive
So simple, but really fun and addictive if a little frustrating at times.
