Ratings and Reviews
Great alternative to a vehicle hire and Uber cars.
The App is good, easy to register and find a Citybee car nearby. The app needs to be improved with some additional features including parking / vehicle drop off location map to allow better trip planning. So far had no issues using the services and consider using CityBee in future.
Flakey App
The App is far worse than it was previously. There is a long list of problems, starting with the fact that you have to re-register for every state in which you want a car. When trying to re-register for Latvia it doesn’t accept Swedbank Latvian bank debit card, nor does it accept SEB Latvian bank debit card. When you want to see which areas you can leave a car outside of city centre you now need to select a car in that area for it to be visible and as soon as you deselect the car the catchment area disappears too. It didn’t used to be like this previously. I have also found the App might hang at the end of a rental preventing you from closing the rental session. Agggh...
Absolutely crappy app and photo quality
Maybe its time to fix approval camera app because its always blur i m making with brand new apple def not my fault have good…improving
