Incredibly convenient being able to have my ticket on my phone instead of another card taking up a place in my wallet. But, I changed phones yesterday and downloaded the app onto my new phone, logged into my account and my ticket was not in the app. It said I had no active tickets and there was nothing in the wallet section. This is very annoying as I have to use this ticket 4-5 days a week and I don’t want to have to go and spend another £215 to get a new ticket seeing as I only bought the ticket last week! Please can I get this sorted ASAP! Would probably 5 stars if it wasn’t for this hiccup.
Hi Alfelion32. I'm sorry to hear that! This feature is intentional as it prevents fraud. You don't have to pay for another ticket, just simply give us a call on 01202 678100 and we'll get the ticket transferred to your new phone for you. Best wishes, Joe
Looks decent just need to add young persons tickey
Looks very useful however there is no point in me using it.
This is because I'm a young person and on Swindon bus company buses they have a young persons ticket which is more then a child’s but less then an adults ticket. Which is perfect for all students. However on the app they only have child adult or family.
Also can you we please have live and normal time tables.
Maybe be able to add bus cards which again most bus company’s have now.
Hi Izzy-18. Many thanks for your useful feedback. The app is an alternative to the travel cards and so we are not looking to integrate the two together. However, we'll certainly pass on your request regarding adding young persons tickets to the app. Best wishes, Joe
I notice that since the introduction of unibus, as they are in alphabetical order, unilink is now off the screen and you have to scroll down to find and select it.. wouldn’t it be better to have a tiled selection screen, so maybe 2 brands per (bigger) line taking up half the space, so that they are all on show from the beginning..?
Thank you very much for your kind feedback! We're so pleased to hear you are enjoying having an app for Southern Vectis services.
Get all of your passes, tickets, cards, and more in one place.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
