Clipboard History
Clipboard Guru can manage clipboard history. You can record 8 clipboard types, from plain text to image.
To paste a recorded item, you just pop up menu by invoking the shortcut key, and select a menu item from the menu.
Snippet
You can also register texts you frequently use, like e-mail addresses, user IDs and so on, as snippets. You can paste these snippets from the menu, too.

*** Warning this is NOT ClipMenu ***
This app is a (inferior) clone of a program called ClipMenu (which is not avaliable in the app store), if you are looking for the original I suggest you search the internet before downloading (and paying for) this app.
Don’t get caught out like I did and pay for this app. It won’t even paste the contents of the history to the window you are using, it just replaces the contents of the clipboard so you have to paste it twice. What is the point of that? If it was free that okay, but it’s poor for a paid app.
FAKE APP - DON’T BUY
If you are looking for the ClipMenu, well, this is the fake one. Don’t have any preferences to customize. The developer of this app is just using the name of the original ClipMenu to make some money. Please don’t buy, is fake software.

Well this is the best tool of its kind on Mac for my simple needs. A real gem. It's all I've been searching for. It stores any number of favourite snippets in a custom defined folder .... no need to copy/paste over and over. Fantastic value for money. Working for me on MacBook Air M1 under Sonoma. Truly thankful for this app.
