Be you a minicab driver, a delivery person or just an occasional driver - you’ll find this app tremendously useful for your everyday trips to downtown London.
One of its greatest advantages is fully automated workflow. The app tracks user’s location via the GPS, so there is absolutely no need to carry a notebook with you or manually fill in locations and times.

We are not associated with TfL, nor is our app connected to their systems. We cannot show you your entry/exit history prior to the installation of the app. If you are unsure about prior charges please call TfL directly as soon as possible

How to Use

The app uses your GPS location and is not connected to TfL. The main purpose of the app is navigation assistance so you can avoid driving into the Zone as much as possible and also to remind you about your possible entries, so that you can contact the TfL and make a payment. Please bear in mind that the app relies on your phone connectivity, so if you are ever in doubt about entering the Zone contact the TfL urgently.

When you’re out of the zone – the app will show the distance to the closest entry to the zone.
Just open the app and find out whether you are inside the zone or not. The green notification area in the bottom of the screen means you’re out of the zone, whereas the red one – when you’re in.
You’ll get a push notification each time you cross the Zone’s border – both on entry and exit.

Once located within a zone, users can track all their past entries in the journey diary and find charge listings inside, all collated by date. If you cross the Zone at least once, you’ll see a diary indicator. The app is aware of Congestion Charge Zone scheduling and tracks charges accordingly.

Provided cloud-based premium service:
History Access Subscription
Length of subscription is 1 month.
Price of subscription is 2.99 GBP per month.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Keep up with the times and the ever-so-slightly improved app experience!

Bank Holiday Update: Hold onto your hats, folks! We've added a new bank holiday for the coronation of King Charles III on 8th May, Monday. Our app's got you covered and will show no charge for that special day. So you can focus on the festivities without worrying about the pesky charge!

ULEZ should be included

I've had this app for years, such a good app if only they added ULEZ to it it'll be perfect. I've been waiting for that since it was released

UPDATE: Now that it's going to be released in January 2022, I can recommend this even more. Thanks guys for listening 🙌🏽

Utterly useless

This app is useless - I don’t live in the congestion zone and when I do go into it, I pay online when I get home. I had expected to be able to use this app to do so but you can’t; it just presents a map of where you are with a message advising you that you are not in the zone and ni charges are applicable at the moment - that’s it. There is nothing else one can do with it then - no option to pay for being in the zone earlier that day, or any option to pay retrospectively, or any menu of any kind at all - just a map and a message telling you that you are not in the zone.

Please be advised that the app is designed only to help you navigate around the congestion charge zone based on your GPS location and estimate the charge.

Entries and exists from the zone will show on the app once your travel though the zone at least once, while using the app.

Rubbish unless you constantly watch it

The screen messages constantly say that no charge is due as the charge isn’t applicable right now, even during chargeable hours. I have to have it open on a separate handset & monitor it myself to see when I enter/exit the zone. I don’t get any of the notifications shown on the screenshots on the App Store. I can’t access the history either. The chat to support function doesn’t work either, as I tried to use it recently to ask why I’m not getting any onscreen messages when I go into the zone. Messages to support fail to go through.
