Costa Coffee Club 4+

My only complaint about this app is the map, it shows you the location of all Costa’s near by BUT it doesn’t tell you the place name and you can’t click on the Costa to see more info like the name/location so I can’t pre order using the app as I have no idea the name of the closest store, or if I wanted to put it in to a sat nav to go there I can’t. And then equally with the list of stores “near by” which does list the name shows how close they are but usually there are several at similar distances for example Rowland place 5 miles and Greater Green 7 mile etc but they are all in different/various directions on the map BUT I can’t click on the name to see where it is on the map! So neither are interactive. The map shows me where the Costa stores are on the list shows me the name to are in no way, connected or interactive so actually gives me no real idea of which Costa I am heading towards if I wish to pre-order for example so it’s pointless really as I can’t use that function. But I do like the collecting points and the offers with the reward section that’s easy to use and benefits me a lot as I do use it often. But next update Costa please show names/locations of the stores on the map please

This is quite simply the best Costa I have visited, the staff are amazing, extremely polite and hospitable. The managers Claire and Simon run a very tight ship and ensure that customer service and standards are exemplary! The rest of the team including Sophie, Daisy, Tara, Lorena, Danny are extremely friendly and polite always smiling and happy and always taking time to talk and be sociable even when busy, it’s more like a family business than a large chain.
Unlike many Costas there are never plates and empty cups all over unoccupied tables, this ensures you always get a clean table and somewhere to sit, the whole establishment is always clean and kept to a high standard.
I would most definitely take the 1 star reviews on here as a bit suspect and would say that’s more the attitude of the customer than the staff here.
I come here at least three times a week and have never been dissapointed!!

Dunno what your most recent “upgrade” was but it seems to have completely booted me out!!!! Cannot get back in & if it’s lost my details you will lose my custom altogether as costa was already skating on thin ice as it were:

Long-time costa club loyalty card holder was not impressed with recent changes to it - 10 beans instead of 8; _on top of_ substantial price hikes; & the irony that since you’ve supposedly teamed up with M&S - who do some lovely free from cakes & goodies - Costa have stopped doing the one single single treat I used to be able to eat - the duo of mini cherry bakewells; & you seem to have stopped doing the other favourite of our household, the pastel de nata/portugese custard tarts … now this - sinking ship comes to mind - it’s like a how to in sabotaging yourselves!!

The worst was when I tapped on one of the app’s ads for buying a £20 gift card & getting £5 free …. LAST SUMMER - £20 gift card received by the recipient but neither me nor recipient have seen any trace of the £5 Costa claimed they’d add & that’s despite me having contacted customer services AGES ago… heard absolutely nothing. Very unimpressed, to put it politely. Hoping that posting essay about it publicly may force some action, failing that perhaps ombudsman will be next step!
