Really helpful!

Simple layout, great advice and really helpful videos. This is now the sole app I use for training, I've abandoned all others as by week 3 this is covering all I need. the advice is great and I can honestly say it has helped turn something I found completely daunting (half marathon training) into something enjoyable, the trainer's enthusiasm is contagious. Having the training broken down by the week prevents that intimidating information overload you can get from looking at a 12 week program in full. Recommend this for beginners! Works as both a physical training guide and a positivity boost!

Love this as it is so simply laid out any starter to running can follow it. I am five weeks off the half marathon and have no worries as yesterday I competed the 9 miler and 22 miles in one week as per the 12 week guide. Lots of helpful hints, tips, useful information and easy weekly core exercises to follow. I am about to download the trish Blackwell marathon training as I have every faith that if anyone can get me through it trish Blackwell can. Good luck.

Great 12 week training schedule which got me from 0 miles a week to a sub 2 hours half marathon. Loved the pep talk videos & tips. Does what it says on the tin!
