I started my work out a few days ago and added this app to my routine. I'm so glad I did. It's been 6 days now, and I can tell you it works! I can already see a difference in so little time. Imagine doing this for 2-3 months - 4-5 times a week. You'll be in fantastic shape. You have to stick it! I do 20 minutes. 10 minutes on this app, and 10 minutes on the cardio app (download it!) I then add skipping (rope) at the end of the work out for 5 mins. I also add 1 more exercise which works the hamstrings and glutes for 60 seconds. It's leg squats where you balance on one foot and squat with the other leg. Stand like you are about to hop, one foot off the floor, and kneel down with the other. Clench when you're going down. You can really feel it. I'm so impressed with the results so far. I never exercised that much before, after sticking to it and seeing the results, I'll definitely continue. Anyway, thought I'd give a detailed review. Good luck with your work out. 😊
