Really useful, room to improve

After using the free version with ads, I paid for the ad-free version and I'm very happy with the app and its value for money. The app serves minute long videos showing your exercise; there seem to be a lot of them (we're still getting exercises we've not seen before on the eighth use). You can set the overall time for your workout as well as target specific body parts with your videos.

Why four stars? I think there's room to improve. I'd love some more detail about each exercise (perhaps as background text offering instructions on what to watch out for and tips on making them work better. And I think it could use a warm-up, cool-down and stretches session at the start and end.

But overall, a very useful app that's got us doing some good all-round exercises and working out parts of body that often get ignored!

Fantastic App

I have been exercising for 3 years now and for past 6 months have no motivation to do any exercise. This App is great for giving me motivation to get back into my exercise regime and getting fit again. Excellent App with great instructions. I have all purchased the add on routines which I find very motivational and easy to follow. There is also the option of setting your own routines which I do as I have a sacrum injury and therefore find it painful to do lower back exercises.
All in all a fantastic app.

Great app but...

Useful, comprehensive videos, good workouts. The only two things that could get better are:
1. More intelligent order of the routines: Too many times I do an exercise flat on the floor and have to stand and start to jump straightaway which makes me feel dizzy.
2. Add 15 mins workout - it's hard to double your workout time all at once. A bit smoother passage would be appreciated. :)
