Customer Reviews

Touch wood, no issues here...

I’m not sure if they’ve completely redone this app since the last few reviews, but it works perfectly well for me. Great interface makes it easy to find and watch tv shows, and only one 5 second advert before the first show. No others throughout the rest of my programme (taskmaster - watch it if you don’t already!). My only issue that knocked a star off is when you want to move either backward or forward in the programme - it takes about a minute to load. Not bad overall. Very good for free :)

Ok but disappointed a little.

Decided to stop wasting my money on sky and virgin services as all the channels I watch have great apps that allow me to use catchup and demand. Through my Apple TV. So when I sore there was a way to watch the current series of Red Dwarf on demand I was chuffed.

But the experience was terrible. The app feels like this is a major after thought. Of thought about at all. I was only able to watch the program by mirroring my phones screen to my Apple TV and then it’s was jittery and stuttering all the time. Which ruined the show.

Recommendations: actually support airplay properly so the experience is smooth and enjoyable or develop an app for the 4th & 5th gen Apple TV.

Offensively inaccessible, horrid ui implementation

Keen to find accessible catch up surface for yesterday TV, downloaded the app, and horrified at the poor interface, extensive on labelled bottoms, absolutely thoughtless interface design and absolute voice-over in accessibility.
Apple should not allow this standard of apps to be downloadable from the App Store, basic interfaces are not followed.
Why in 2017 to the software designers of this kind of mobile app still not understand how to label buttons? Xcode should not allow applications to be uploaded and released which do not complete description, textual information for every button.

No idea where a search box could be found, and even the very front page, after launching the application for the first time seemed to be inaccessible with text truncated, no guidance on what to do.
No, I am talking as a blind voice-over user, and successfully managed to use 99% of all my iPhone features.
This is just a horrific poor and very badly implemented application.
