Works every time for me
I've had this app on another tablet for over two years now and it's so good I'm buying it again for my brand spanking new iPad. I don't think I've ever heard the end as I set it to loop the maximum amount of times but I'm gone way before then. It starts with him talking with a lovely Scottish accent at a normal speed then he purposely slows down as he's telling you to slow down your breathing. Works well. I always use headphones to listen as is suggested. That way I can shut any outside unwanted noise while I drift into a deep, natural, safe sleep...:-) wow - I'm falling asleep while I type thi...
Okay I was sceptical, I have suffered periods of insomnia for years now. I have tried medications, diets and exercise regimes but with mixed/little results... I have dreaded
bedtimes especially during stressful times. This app really works. I guess I have forgotten how to relax and prepare myself for sleep. When I listen to this I sleep well and wake up in the morning fully revived, it's not just a fluke, but u must b open minded - it beats laying in bed staring at the ceiling!
Having "forgotten"how to get off to sleep after 10 stressful years, I am amazed how I just drop off listening to this app. I wake refreshed too. Truly amazing
