If you use Mac iCal, Google or Outlook for Mac to schedule your events, there is an in-app purchase for a data feed.
The data feed allows you to add a day view, to show appointments scheduled today, and also quick lists for Tasks, Contacts and Notes. Use categories to select a few notes or contacts so you always have them handy. Keep your task list so you can see what to do next. Automatically updates whenever you change your calendar or tasks.

absolutely useless
The images and the description makes it appear user friendly and very practical, when in fact it is just a copy of my google calendar (meaning I can’t make any entries to it), and I had to pay 10 pounds to get that feature. Had I known this, I would’ve stuck to my actual google calendar and saved my money and time! I tried to contact customer service but the email bounced back!! I would love to get my money back, any ideas on how I can do that?
