MobileEventPad makes it easy to capture each enquirer’s name, address, email, mobile, year of entry, course of interest and much more magical information at recruitment events.
You decide which events you are attending, what information to collect, and how each enquiry form looks. Then just ask each student who comes to your stand to tap in their details. These are stored temporarily on your iPad during the recruitment event, and are then synchronised off your iPad and up into your Student CRM when you next get an Internet connection.
The beauty is you don’t even need an internet connection to start collecting students' details. Simply capture, sync and send our automated emails or SMSs, whilst you go to the next event.

Great student recruitment app
All the student recruitment fairs we attend have poor or no WiFi so we need this app to capture student details during the show. Afterwards we sync those students to our Student CRM from the hotel bar upstairs.
It's great being able to review all students before we sync them, as we can add in private notes 'student is really keen to talk to an officer about accommodation tomorrow' - and then know it will be dealt with when it arrives in the CRM.
Being able to select different forms for different events is great as we sometimes need to capture extra information at some events.
Works very well. We use it to capture data and it does exactly that. Feels quick to use and it easy to learn. Good job whoever built this app.
