Visually & Dramatically Outstanding !

I saw this emphatic exceptional production on screen in Fort Lauderdale last February 2013 and was so impressed with both the acting, presentation and overall production. I sincerely hope that after a successful run in London's West End that Great Expectations will get a sincerely deserved transfer to Broadway as I am sure American audiences will love this interpretation of this brilliant Charles Dickens Classic Drama ...

I first saw this amazing production in Aberdeen whilst it was on tour ,dragging my son along who was studying the novel for his GCSE English. Dickens not an easy read for the play station generation ! I was so impressed with this production as was my son who was hooked and really got the story and themes in a way that simply hadn't hit home before. The production was a fantastic combination of great storytelling, wonderful theatricality and seamless acting ;all which brought the story to life. I went again whilst in London to the West End production with my friend and her kids ,the response was equally enthusiastic . I felt no hesitation in downloading the App which is absolutely fantastic , not only for those studying English and the text but also for those studying Drama .It really gives fantastic insights on how a production like this gets put on and really builds understanding on all the elements needed .There are fantastic activities within the app which I have managed to encourage my son to do who is now studying Drama. This is a great resource for those studying either Drama or English and I would thoroughly recommend it .
