Careflow is a clinical communication platform for health and social care teams that enables them to more effectively coordinate patient care.
It provides secure messaging, task management, patient list management, patient handovers, opinion and patient referral workflow and escalation of patient events through team based and individual push notifications.
What's New in Version 6.0.1
This is a new version of Careflow to reverse some of the changes made to Handover on 18th July. Handover functionality has been restored so that all handover notes are stored as a single shared handover note across the organisation, and updates to Handover by one team will update the handover notes of other teams. At the time of this update, the most recent handover note will automatically be selected as the shared handover. Therefore please check the new ‘Handover History’ button to review other notes that might have been added prior to the switch. Thereafter, handover notes will behave as before.
This reversal of functionality is temporary whilst we work with your Trusts and colleagues to deliver a solution for both shared and separated handovers. We apologise for the disruption this week and thank you for your patience.
