It just gets better and better. BETTER AND BETTER. All Readdle apps are good buys. As Apple gets more and more restrictive this is a useful app to act as a "bridge." For example if one wants to email a tune but an app doesn't have the facility to do this, just open the tune in Documents 5 and email it from there.

There is only one criticism and that is an important one as it crops up so often and that is the NAME. There are more than one app called documents and when using airdrop a lot, as I do, the name "documents" comes up more than once in the list and I invariably choose the wrong one. It would be better if they changed the name to "documents5" to avoid this confusion; a small but important improvement.

Life Saver for Productivity on IPad and IPhone

This app is a very good solution for file management. It's most probably the best file management tool out there for IOS. If you use the bundle (PDF pen Expert, PDF Converter and Printer) then the file management and annotation is a breeze.

If file sharing is enabled on your mac and both IOS and Mac are connected to the same wifi network then it's very simple to add your mac as a SFTP server and have access to all your files and folders and not only download over to your IOS device but also save files from your IOS device directly into the desired folder on Mac.

Very solid app and hasn't crashed at all even when I put it under pressure working with large PDF files

Everything you need for document management

I use this mainly for automatically synchronising documents between my PC, iPhone & iPad via my Microsoft OneDrive account, and I can't fault it. I store the manuals for all of my electronic and household appliances, so I don't have to remember where I put them when I need to do something (e.g. test the burglar alarm or set the central heating controller), and I put travel documents there before going on holiday so they are always at hand on my phone or tablet. By syncing from folders on my PC, it's as simple as just dragging files into the relevant folders.
