😡 appalling service from these pending transactions that was unsuccessful
Would really think twice of going with this gas and electric company £30 pounds is trying to go out of my account due to 3 transactions that was ‘unsuccessful’ this is really putting me off from recommending this company to friends and family also if you have a smart meter I’m sure they charge a bit more (even though I wasn’t with them previously). Swapped over from utilita energy. No out of hour call service to try and get this resolved I would of rated lower but I can’t I really hope you are not a scam by this company.(to sum it off I only have one receipt stating how much I put on my gas) this has annoyed me as me and my partner are only on a string budget and they are trying to take more money off us! Appalling service from them! Would not recommend to no one!!!!
Crap company and App crashes 😡😡
No emergency out of hours service!! 😡My top up card isn’t working went to 3 different shops they said card declined.
Topped up £10 through online banking said transaction hasn’t gone through checked my account money has gone into pending transaction. So where has my £10 gone!! Tried going into the app says system unavailable try again later!! Very low on electricity if my service cuts off who’s responsible for it???😡😡 This company needs a lot of improvements!!!
Never had a problem with the service until recently. When I opened the app it said my email address was wrong & the app just hung. I decided to delete and d/l it again today & seems to be working fine again. If you’re having issues delete & d/l it again!
