Easy Invoice produces all your estimates, sales invoices and receipts in PDF format and sends them direct to your clients. Sync between iPhone and iPad, or with Easy Books, our full bookkeeping package.

The app comes with space for 60 transactions. This limit is removed after subscribing to the Steel Plan.

Entering sales information into the app is quick and easy (as you might expect). You can define products you sell and their standard selling prices, even using quantity pricing if you want to.

To get up and running quickly we’ve added your first customer. You can use this to send yourself the first invoice to see how it looks. Then simply edit the customer details to match your own customer, and add as many more customers as you like.

Do you run more than one business? No problem! Just create as many businesses as you like, there’s no extra cost. You can set each one up with its own logo, address, payment terms and email details.

Your Privacy

All PDFs are produced locally on the device. Your privacy is important to us and none of your financial data leaves your device until you send it somewhere yourself. We found some other apps actually sending data to their servers to produce the PDF and we’ve worked hard to avoid this ourselves.


Keeping track of your best selling products and who owes you money is easy using the reports built into Easy Invoice.

* Best Sellers. Use this report to find out where most of your income came from.
* Customers' Aged Debt. This shows a complete list of the amounts owed to you, broken down by the age of each debt.

All reports can be exported from the app in either HTML, CSV or ZIP format. Reports can then be imported into other applications such as Excel or Numbers.

Backup and Restore

Backing up is easy, simply use the backup option and send the data file to yourself in an email or transfer it to another app such as Dropbox. To restore it, just open the attachment.

Online Syncing

Your subscription to the Steel Plan comes with continuous online backup and synchronises all changes you make with every device.

Syncing is available between Mac and iOS devices running Easy Invoice or Easy Books.

I have no problem paying for a decent app, but to suddenly start demanding money or loose all your data/previous invoices is a scumbag’s trick.

Great - especially for smaller businesses


I’m another transfer over from Sage since it doesn’t work on Macs - and I have to say I find this a hundred times easier to use. It’s clear, concise and allows you to produce the reports you need in a small business. I’m sure if you were a much larger organisation and had a whole team in your HR department, this wouldn’t be quite enough, but for our purposes, it’s great. I also use Easy Books which I have also found to be much more user friendly than Sage Accounts - plus the apps can talk to each other. Really recommend it for sole traders and small businesses…inexpensive and does what it says on the tin!



I got this app after switching from Windows to MAC and discovering Sage won’t run on MAC’s.
I am a sole trader and needed an application which simply allowed me to invoice my customers. I have to say, I am delighted with the product. I found it easy to use and within minutes had created invoices. I liked the fact I could add my company logo to the invoice and personalise it (unlike Sage)
I set up an extra account which I called “playtime” which allowed me to experiment with all aspects of the app without affecting genuine sales invoices.
One concern from another customer commented on not being able to show currency. Well, I overcame this by simply adding “All figures shown are in GBP”
This seems to work OK and incidentally, having checked, not one of my suppliers invoices display a currency symbol either. All state values in GBP (or Euro, or USD).
I think this is an excellent app for sole traders and very small companies. I would recommend anyone give it a try.
