Easy Invoice produces all your estimates, sales invoices and receipts in PDF format and sends them direct to your clients. Sync between iPhone and iPad, or with Easy Books, our full bookkeeping package.
The app comes with space for 60 transactions, a limit which can be removed by subscribing to the Steel Plan.
Entering sales information into the app is quick and easy (as you might expect). You can define products you sell and their standard selling prices, even using quantity pricing if you want to.
To get up and running quickly we’ve added your first customer. You can use this to send yourself the first invoice to see how it looks. Then simply edit the customer details to match your own customer, and add as many more customers as you like.
Do you run more than one business? No problem! Just create as many businesses as you like, there’s no extra cost. You can set each one up with its own logo, address, payment terms and email details.
Easy Invoices can produce more than just invoices too:

Lock Easy Invoice using a four-digit pass-code. This is useful if you want to lend your phone or iPad to someone, but you don’t want them to use Easy Invoice.
All PDFs are produced locally on the device. Your privacy is important to us and none of your financial data leaves your device until you send it somewhere yourself. We found some other apps actually sending data to their servers to produce the PDF and we’ve worked hard to avoid this ourselves.
Keeping track of your best selling products and who owes you money is easy using the reports built into Easy Invoice.
* Best Sellers. Just tap on the report to find out where most of your income came from.
* Customers' Aged Debt. This shows a complete list of the amounts owed to you, broken down by the age of each debt.
All reports can be exported from the app in either HTML, CSV or ZIP format. Reports can then be imported into other applications such as Excel or Numbers.
Backup and Restore
Backing up is easy, simply tap the backup option and send the data file to yourself in an email or transfer it to another app such as Dropbox. To restore it, just tap the attachment to open in Easy Invoice.

needs more invoice templates
A great invoicing app but just don’t expect functionality anywhere near Invoice2go which is probably the best invoicing app available but it’s expensive, whereas EasyInvoice is not.
EasyInvoice is easy to use once you get the hang of it which doesn’t take long. It does nearly everything required for an app of this type. The main thing lacking when compared to other invoicing apps is the choice of invoice templates... There’s one template only and it’s nowhere near as fancy or nicely designed as some of the other invoice layouts available in other apps.
EasyInvoice is a stripped down version of its fully fledged brother EasyBooks, which offers a full blown accounting and invoicing app. Again the problem is even EasyBooks still only offers a single solitary invoice template style (or rather lack of style).
If you’re not interested in how your invoices look then go for it definitely without doubt. But these days many people want well designed invoices that stand out and are memorable, like their business, this is why I give EasyInvoice 4 stars, if it had more templates like other invoicing apps it would definitely be 5 stars.
Not that easy to use
I've just used the app for the first time to invoice a customer so it took me a while to input all of my business's details but the PDF that my customer received didn't contain my bank details which I had input. So have taken a screenshot of the page which shows my account details and emailed that which is quite time consuming and doesn't look very professional. So all in all disappointed with the app overall but it does have some good features as well.
After using sage for many years and not getting my head around it I was sceptical that there could be an easy accounting system out there .....there is easy books and easy invoice are easy, they make sense, we can send Quotations,Estimates or Invoices from the customers.
Only thing missing is job sheets which Customer could sign off electronically would be handy, Does not stop us. Top marks to easy team.
