Such a simple solution to a common problem!
I, along with many others I have come across, have had the misfortune of shooting video in the wrong orientation or pressed the record button too early when in portrait before i moved it to landscape.
I have been searching everywhere for a solution which I believed would have an easy fix but could find hardly anything. The best I came across was to spend £20 or so on Quicktime Pro to do this. So glad I came across this app by chance! Could not be any simpler. Just imort or drag video, click which way you want it rotated and save. Did it all in about 15 seconds. I can not believe other advanced video editing software doesnt have this functionality built in.
Bargain for such an essential tool.
Fantastic solution to a problem that shouldn't exist.
Works perfectly. Top marks to a developer who saw a ridiculous gap in the market and filled it with a very easy solution. I actually purchased iMovie to do this but it's just crazy. QuickTime won't do it either and I couldn't install QuickTime Pro because I have Snow Leopard. Absolutely ridiculous. I thought Macs were supposed to just work?
Brilliant solution to flipping GoPro HD Hero movies
I tried out my new GoPro HD Hero doing aerobatics this afternoon, and the only surface was on the roof of the plane, upside down.
Didn't have the inverted GoPro settings to hand, so just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.
I couldn't figure out how to do it on iMovie 08, and this was the perfect solution.
This app is easier to use than boiling a kettle.
Brilliant - thank you!
