easyJet: Travel App 4+

Better than a human!

This app is amazing, it tells you your gate info before the boards are updated, you find out about delays / cancellations before the airline staff inform you and it allows you to manage your booking so easily. My flight was recently cancelled and because the app alerted me immediately I was able to switch onto a later flight all on the app. Other people were queuing at the customer service desk for hours by which point all the other flights were booked up. It allows you to effortlessly add the boarding pass to your wallet, view future trips and even see where the plane you’ll be flying on currently is. Honestly the best airline app I’ve ever used. THANK YOU EASYJET FOR CREATING AN APP THAT DOES EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED AND MORE!

Great, easy to use app

Really a good app. Works reliably, easy to use, good Apple wallet integration. Great (and fast) for flight issue notifications - and for keeping updated what the issue is. Often more info and quicker than the gate staff have.

I only have 2 issues with the app;
-The iOS calendar integration does not include time zone information (for the specific flight), so it can put the wrong flight times into the iOS calendar (normally for the return flight) - so I have to check carefully. Would be nice if this could be fixed.
-Boarding pass limit of 5. Family of 6, and the lovely convenience of Apple Wallet and the easyjet app becomes a pain and involves the website and printing again. Kids are small - could you not regard their boarding cards as a half? 😄

At least they listen

This app has always been quite good, certainly better than Ryanair's, but recently there' E been two problems, demands to update regularly, and phone bombing with advertisements. Now there's a third, and it goes like this . . . you'd think the app would automatically communicate with stuff you do on the Easyjet website, like making a booking. But it doesn't. You have to feed the info into the app manually, under My Trips, which is a pain in the neck because it means trawling out your reservation number. But that's not the end of the problem because recently the app tells me 'operating in secure off-line mode because a secure connection cannot be established. Yet I'm online, or I'm using wifi, both tried, and it still won't accept my details. A real pain.

We are constantly trying to improve the app and we publish updates regularly, also according to the fixes that may be needed - Apple and all other companies update their devices regularly as well.
What we can assure you is that your phone number is only used to contact you in case of real need (eg, a flight cancellation). We do not use your phone number in any other way.
